The Birmingham testing cycle closed on 15 May 2016 but you can still access the app at any time with your smartphone or computer. In the first two rounds we tested ECIM solution with people in the room and on the road, each time using valuable user feedback to further improve our web app. The final version now includes different services, data and features intended to make your travel experience in the city easier and more enjoyable. Specifically, ECIM Birmingham app allows you to

  • Pay for parking using your mobile phone at three EuroCarPark locations (PayByPhone registration required)
  • View charging stations and their details, including operator, connection type and usage cost
  • View scheduled departure times at individual bus stops and train stations
  • Rent a bike at one of two Brompton Bike Hire locations (BBH registration required)
  • Search the foregoing points of interest near a particular location and get to your destination using ECIM journey planner
