ECIM Sustainability Contours Become More Defined After Brussels Workshop
On 3 June 2016 ECIM partners gathered in iMinds office in Brussels to take part in the second commercialisation workshop whose aim was to define ECIM sustainability options in the post-funding period. First on the agenda was initial sustainability plan and market potential. Input for this session was taken from recent market research, preliminary commercialisation work and the outcomes of the first workshop organised in September 2015. After that partners discussed the results of internal survey that were presented within the framework of Lean Canvas Model. Next items on the agenda focused on the key items of the Lean Canvas, namely the problems ECIM is trying to solve and its solution to them, customer segmentation, value proposition, the path to finding customers and the path to commercialisaiton. The workshop closed with a discussion about revenue streams, costs and key metrics such as the critical mass of users required to successfully compete in the market. Partners also agreed on the deadline of 20 June 2016 by which they need to decide whether or not they want to contribute to the development of ECIM Ltd. In case of agreement, a Letter of Intent should be sent to IS-Practice.
